Unfortunately most people do not understand how they can use credit to their advantage. Enhance the rates offered to you – with a stronger credit score aspects of your life such as interest rates on credit cards or even mortgages can be greatly reduced. How would a lower interest rate on your mortgage or credit card affect your life right now?

OUR BACKGROUND AND HOW WE WERE FORMED

EW3TG was formed due to our burning desire to own property, and to be in a position where we would not have to work in a conventional job like 95% of people. We were determined to find success and wealth in a very short space of time. We studied and modelled people that were producing these results on a daily basis and who were in the position we wanted to be in.

We were lucky in the sense that we were very ambitious individuals from a young age who had great aspirations for ourselves. We also had friends and family that had already found success in property investment. We studied them and others, attended several seminars/courses and educated ourselves with as much information as possible. As a result we became very successful in searching for the right deals. 

At the time we couldn’t invest personally as we had no money OR SO WE THOUGHT. We would research and find deals and pass them on to friends and family and they would go ahead and make huge profits.

We had acquired the knowledge we needed to invest but money was scarce. We were confident that there would come a point in the future when we would have the cash, and we would know what to do with it. We spent the next six years researching deals and studying the property market, through that time we learnt an incredible amount and realised that liquid cash wasn’t necessary in the first place. 

If we had learnt how to invest without any capital investment at an earlier age we believe we would now have assets worth over £10 million. With this knowledge we immediately began investing. We completed on our first property in November 2006, six months on, our portfolio was valued at £1.1 million and had already earned us in excess of £200,000 net profit; however, were only just getting started…
